Join us for Celebrative Worship Every Sunday @ 10:00 am!
Sunday School for Adults is @ 9 AM each week
We went dark in August and will return on Sunday September 13th!.
The Youth and Children's Sunday School programs are wrapping up their summer break and will also return on September 13th.

We also offer a Nursery Room for parents and their children as needed.
WHO ARE WE?

Komstad Covenant Church is part of the Evangelical Covenant Denomination (Click below for more info).
Our church was founded in 1885 by Scandinavian immigrants. Today we are one of the most ethnically diverse denominations in North America.
We are a fast growing denomination in the United States. We have more than 850 congregations throughout the U.S. and Canada. We are organized into 11 regions called conferences.
In addition we have global partnerships around the world in many foreign countries.

Our Summer Sunday School wrapped up July 26th! We "went dark" for August. Classes will resume on Sunday September 13th @ 9:00 am!!

September has arrived....
We have launched into those four special and exciting months that sound alike...September, October, November, December! School has started! Football is underway! Before you know it, leaves will be falling! Days will get shorter and cooler. Soon we'll be talking about autumn decorations at home as Halloween, Thanksgiving and then Christmas approach! Am I moving too fast for you! But that's how our world spins...fast! So are you ready for a busy Autumn?
We have to make a deliberate choice to pursue New Opportunities God is laying before us. This could be a time of spiritual growth for you! You could read the whole New Testament before the end of 2026! Get involved in a Sunday School Class! Join the Men's, Women's or Youth Ministries! Volunteer to become part of a Ministry Team at Church! What does God want to do with you in the last 4 months of 2026?

I'm being stretched with 2 new classes starting in September.
The preparation for these classes is fully underway!
The first is called "Relational Wisdom". It's an 8-week class designed to launch us (On September 10th) on a life-long journey to a God-centered, biblically-grounded way of treating others. Many Individuals, Pastors and even whole Churches take this training to help improve how we interact in all our relationships. I'm excited to see where this takes me and our Congregation in the future.
The second class is "The Preaching Lab", with classes monthly from September 5th through June 2027. It's designed to help a small group of pastors critique and encourage each other to become more effective
in our preaching.
Please be praying for me as I prepare for these classes and attend with small groups of "cohorts" (Fellow Students). This is part of how I try to walk out what it means to "be a lifelong learner."
So let me finish with this question: What are you planning to do this Autumn to become a stronger Follower of Christ? How will you become a better version of you?

This is the Last (12th) message in the series: "The Church is the Pillar and Ground of the Truth! " What does this mean? It means that the Church is the Foundation of Life for Individuals and for Society. Christ is our Chief
Cornerstone Who anchors us. The Pillars hold up the Building and give
shape to the whole structure. Are you grounded? What shape is your life
taking? What part does the Church play in your life?
Come and Discover what God is doing @ Komstad in a Fresh Way this
week! This is the last message of this series! It wraps up with Outdoor
Worship on our grounds ! Come and Join us for a Great Day @ 4 pm!
